Typically but not exclusively we work with SMEs, in the main across the UK but also with related operations internationally.

We have worked across the full business life cycle with start-ups, high-growth businesses and long-established mature companies. We have accumulated pattern recognition from multiple assignments across different sectors.

We’ve dealt with refinancing, restructuring and business recovery situations as well as provided crisis support. We have witnessed first hand instances of business failure and have the corresponding experience of instigating turnaround actions.

We’ve also had involvement in the investigation of cases of business fraud and responding to the collapse of financial control.

From experience we understand the needs and expectations of stakeholders in different circumstances and of how best to keep them supportive.

Last but not least, we have familiarity with previous instances of boom and bust as well as other eras of high inflation and interest rates.
